Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Project Designer to lead interior design for complex projects in the United States. The role includes developing documents, drawings, and diagrams from concept through construction documents, and to support junior designers in quality reviews.

You will contribute space planning, FF&E, finishes, lighting, acoustics, and wayfinding ideas while collaborating with consultants and clients. Strong Revit skills and client-focused communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least four years of design experience in commercial real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree from a CIDA-accredited program in Architecture/Interior Design or related field.
• Space planning experience using Revit.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design effort for complex projects.
• Support Project Designers in QA of design deliverables.
• Contribute expertise in space planning, materials, FF&E, lighting, acoustics, wayfinding, and ergonomics.
• Execute full design process from schematic design to construction documents.
• Produce mood/material/design presentations independently or with supervision.
• Participate in internal and consultant meetings and coordinate with consultants.
