Job summary

Perkins&Will is seeking a Senior Interior Project Architect to lead design authorship and technical execution for interiors on complex urban projects. You will coordinate architects, FF&E, lighting, and acoustics, while ensuring code, accessibility, and zoning requirements are met.

You will mentor staff, engage with clients, and drive production from concept through contract documents. This role emphasizes design intent, constructability, and lasting space quality in a high-rise/mixed-use

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline required.
Architectural license required.
LEED GA within 6 months of hire.
Living Design accreditation: LEED AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, etc.

Responsibilities

Lead interior design and delivery on complex projects.
Direct documentation, drawing production, and QC/QA reviews.
Coordinate architecture, FF&E, lighting, and acoustics consultants.
Serve as the technical voice to the client.
Manage regulatory review and AHJ submissions for code/accessibility zoning.
Run construction contract administration effectively.
Stay current on building technology and systems for high-rise/mixed-use delivery.
Contribute to pursuits, proposals, and interviews.
Lead charettes, pin-ups, and design reviews that produce decisions.
Mentor staff and manage assignments to grow judgment.
