Job summary

Perkins & Will Inc. in Dallas seeks an Interior Project Architect to lead technical documentation across schematic, design development and construction phases.

You will coordinate with the Project Manager, manage budgets and schedules, and contribute to marketing efforts with client presentations. The role requires a professional degree in Architecture, 6+ years of experience, strong Revit and 3D modeling skills, and the ability to direct junior staff while upholding codes and project management

Qualifications

• A professional degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit strongly preferred.
• Ability to direct and coordinate work efforts of junior staff.
• Experience in all phases and aspects of a project.
• Familiarity with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems.
• Understanding of project management process.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative and professional work ethic.
• LEED AP or within 6 months of hire.
• Licensure required.

Responsibilities
