Job summary

Perkins & Will in San Francisco seeks a Senior Interior Project Architect to own design authorship and the technical execution of complex interiors. You’ll balance finish palettes, acoustics, and detailing with base-building constraints to deliver spaces that feel as promised.

You will collaborate with clients, base-building architects, and MEP engineers, translating needs across disciplines and delivering finish and detail packages that stand up in construction and in daily use for years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline required.
• LEED GA within 6 months of hire.
• One Living Design accreditation: LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, CPHC/CPHD, or ILFI Living Future Accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design and delivery on complex projects.
• Direct documentation, drawing production, and QC/QA reviews.
• Coordinate architecture, FF&E, lighting, and acoustics consultants.
