Job summary

Structure Tone Philadelphia is seeking an Estimator to support interior projects, handling budgeting, bidding, leveling, and awarding across multiple projects. The role involves collaboration with project teams through all phases of construction and requires managing bids and coordination with clients and subs/vendors.

Ideal candidates will have a BS/BA in a related field and 5+ years of estimating experience, with strong Excel skills and proficiency in CMiC.

Qualifications

• BS, BA, or relevant construction experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in estimating, purchasing, and related duties.
• Requires excellent computer skills (MS Office/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage the estimating process on assigned projects totaling $50 - $100M per year.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for budgeting with a focus on commercial interior, Life Science and/or pharmaceutical projects.
• Utilize Onscreen takeoff, CMiC and Excel to calculate, record and track estimates.
• Solicit subcontractor bids, ensuring 3-5 bids per trade and/or supplier group.
• Attend client meetings and participate in value engineering as needed.
