Structure Tone Philadelphia is seeking an Estimator for interior projects to support our office. The Estimator will manage budgeting, bidding, leveling, and awarding a diverse set of projects; continuing to support the project team throughout all phases of construction.

The position will require involvement in several projects simultaneously. You will perform quantity take-offs, use Onscreen Takeoff and CMiC, ensure pricing stays current with union wage adjustments, and solicit 3–5 bids per

Qualifications

• BS/BA or relevant construction experience preferred.
• 5+ years of estimating experience.
• Excellent MS Office/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating process on assigned interior projects.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for budgeting and bidding.
• Coordinate with bid teams and value engineering.
• Solicit subcontractor bids and review for compliance.
• Attend client meetings and ensure pricing aligns with objectives.
