Job summary

Structure Tone is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team in New York City. In this role, you will prepare cost estimates for interior construction projects, manage the estimating process, and collaborate with clients and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS or BA, with 5+ years of estimating experience. The salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $180,000, along with various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in estimating, purchasing, and related duties.
• Strong skills in budgeting and detailed analysis.
• Must report daily to the Manhattan office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the estimating process on assigned projects totaling $5M – $100M.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for various interior construction projects.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
