Performance Contracting, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Estimator - Interior Services for its Dallas, TX operations in Midlothian. You will provide estimating services for PCI interior scopes, prepare RFPs, evaluate subcontractor quotes, and develop cost analyses.

The role requires leadership within the Estimating team and collaboration with owners, engineers, and contractors. Salary range is $110,000–$130,000, with safety sensitivity noted.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience estimating construction projects.
• 10 years total experience in construction industry.
• Experience with estimating or managing specialty scopes.

Responsabilités

• Prepare RFPs for applicable scopes of work.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotes against bid documents.
• Develop relationships with local customers to support PCI’s objectives.
• Collaborate with owners, CM, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Attend pre-bid site walks.
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and estimates.
• Review project schedules related to scopes.
• Write detailed proposals with accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare bid analyses and conduct bid reviews.
• Prepare financial job cost analyses.
• Source subcontractors, materials, and equipment with price checks.
• Provide training and leadership to Estimating team.
• Maintain accountability for business metrics and sales plans.
• Participate in bid strategy meetings for major pursuits.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management

OSHA certification

Experience with drywall, framing, acoustics
