Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience estimating construction projects.
• Experience with estimating or managing specialty scopes of construction.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings for PCI scopes of work.
• Proven track record establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and cost analysis skills.
• Ability to interpret project schedules, determine sequencing and durations.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative takeoffs on construction projects.
• Establish labor productivities for estimates.
• Maintain vendor relationships for competitive pricing.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing for non-self-performed work.
• Participate in internal bid reviews with supervisors and project teams.
• Support customer alignment and maintain positive customer relations.
• Handle contract administration for secured projects.
• Utilize wage and benefit schedules and hand off projects to operations.
