Job summary

Performance Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Dallas operations based in Midlothian, TX. You will lead interior construction projects, coordinate scheduling with field supervisors, and ensure project profitability while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include QA/QC adherence, RFIs/submittals, vendor and subcontractor coordination, and managing costs through monthly FAWs. Strong communication and Excel/Word skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience on varied construction projects, interior scopes (drywall, framing, ACT).
• Ability to diagnose key information and navigate risks to protect profitability.
• Ability to interpret specifications/drawings for PCI's scope of work.
• Proven management skills to oversee projects and teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word and strong communication skills.
• OSHA Certification is required.
• Strong customer-facing and scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety plans and measures for branch and projects.
• Create and manage punch lists proactively.
• Ensure QA/QC measures are followed across projects.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with field supervisors to develop job schedules and address issues.
• Control labor and adjust as needed to maximize profits.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M activities.
• Assist in selecting vendors, coordinating materials and equipment.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, contracts, sequencing, and billings.
• Complete monthly FAWs to track job cost control.
• Support branch through customer relations and alignment plans.
