Job summary

Studio+ is seeking a Project Architect / Sr. Project Architect in Fort Myers, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a licensed architect, strong design sensibility, and exceptional mentoring skills. Responsibilities include delivering creative architectural solutions, quality assurance processes, and team leadership in producing design documents.

This role emphasizes collaboration and requires proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam. A Bachelor or Master of Architecture is preferred, along with a current architectural license in Florida.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a licensed architect.
• Current architectural license in Florida preferred.
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative architectural solutions to various project conditions.
