Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field from a CIDA-accredited program.
• 8–10 years of professional interior design experience (internship acceptable).
• NCIDQ certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, guiding design development and delivery.
• Collaborate on multiple projects, including programming, space planning, schematic to construction.
• Prepare contract documents: floor plans, reflected ceilings, millwork, furniture layouts, finishes.
• Research materials and suppliers, emphasizing sustainable solutions and cost control.
• Create presentation materials and digital/physical models for client presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with consultants.
• Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
