Job summary

ROAM, a hospitality interior design studio, seeks a senior interior designer with 15+ years of experience to lead design teams and deliver high-quality interiors for clients worldwide.

You will drive programming, concept development, and construction administration, using Revit, Twinmotion, Enscape and other visualization tools to communicate design intent and coordinate with consultants.

Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture; related field acceptable with experience.
• Typically 15+ years of experience in interior design leadership.
• NCIDQ certification required; sustainable design accreditation preferred.
• Advanced expertise in design visualization, FF&E, BIM, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in planning work and developing design solutions.
• Develop interiors concepts based on client vision and architectural context.
• Prepare and review interior plans, fixtures and elevations with attention to detail.
• Manage project documents, schedules and budgets; ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants and maintain quality control across disciplines.
• Travel may be required for site visits and client meetings.
