Job summary

RO | ROCKETT DESIGN is seeking a Senior Designer/Architect with 8–10 years of architectural design and documentation experience, preferably with 4–5 years at the current place of employment. This in-person position focuses on high-end residential and institutional work, including contract administration and coordination with clients, consultants and contractors.

The candidate should demonstrate strong drawing and modelling skills, and be proficient in REVIT, Rhino, and Enscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of architectural design and documentation experience.
• In-person position; not remote.
• Professional degree required (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• High-end residential or institutional experience with contract administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research & Design; Documentation & Detailing.
• 3D modelling and physical modelling.
• Project management; coordinate with internal team, consultants, contractor and client.
