Qualifications

• Must lead interior design projects through all phases from programming to closeout.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture required; NCIDQ path encouraged.
• Proficient in Revit for production documentation and design development.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
• Experience delivering code-compliant, ADA-ready interiors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design projects through all phases, including programming, planning, design, documentation, budgeting, scheduling, construction administration, and closeout.
• Develop functional, aesthetic, and code-compliant interiors across offices, airports, hospitals, schools, and other facilities.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations; maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Produce construction documents and design documentation; manage project documentation.
