Job summary

HKS Inc. is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our Dallas studio. The role involves collaborating through all design phases, from programming to construction administration, and developing interiors concepts aligned with client visions and architectural concepts.

The candidate will generate renderings, finish schedules, FF&E selections, and construction documentation, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and leading client presentations as needed.

Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree required in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• NCIDQ certification required; sustainable design accreditation preferred.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in interior design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates on all phases of the design process from programming to construction administration.
• Develop interiors concepts based on client vision and architectural concept.
• Generate renderings and finish plans for construction.
• Coordinate documentation for interiors projects of varying sizes with minimal guidance.
• Lead or assist in client presentations and design meetings.
