Job summary

ZGF Architects LLP in Seattle is seeking a Mid-Level Architect to join our team. We are looking for self-directed people who are thoughtful designers with excellent communication and technical skills.

As a Mid-Level Architect, you will generate and develop design ideas, manage and mentor team members from concept through construction administration, and build strong relationships with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities with shown project delivery.
• Detail-oriented production of construction documents with minimal supervision.
• Proficient modeling in Revit and leading multi-disciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop design ideas for projects.
• Develop ideas into design documentation and models.
• Manage and mentor team members from concept through CD administration.
• Build relationships with clients and consultants with team leaders.
• Produce design drawings, presentations, and digital models.
• Research products/materials to inform documentation.
• Contribute to project narrative for performance goals and design integration.
• Support marketing and office initiatives.
