Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Significant corporate workplace and commercial office interiors experience.
• Leadership experience within an architecture or interior design firm.
• Proficiency with Revit and space planning.
• Client relationship management and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with studio leadership to guide the Corporate Workplace practice.
• Establish design vision and lead execution across workplace interior projects.
• Lead medium to large-scale corporate office and workplace engagements.
• Develop and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing, business development, project pursuits and presentations.
• Help identify and capture new business opportunities.
• Lead programming, space planning, design development and project delivery.
• Help shape the long-term strategy, growth and market position of the studio.
