Senior Interior Designer – Corporate Workplace

This is not a traditional Senior Interior Designer position. This is an opportunity to become a leader and Principal within an international design firm. We are seeking an established Corporate Workplace Interior Designer for a highly visible role within the office of a large, nationally established architecture and design firm. The individual hired will work closely with the current studio leadership and have the opportunity to help shape the future direction, growth, client relationships, and leadership of the Corporate Workplace practice. With anticipated leadership transitions in the coming years, the firm is specifically looking for someone capable of progressing beyond senior‑level project work and into Associate Principal/Principal‑level leadership. For the right person, this represents a rare opportunity to join an established practice, inherit meaningful leadership responsibility, help grow the business, and position yourself for Principal‑level advancement within the next several years.

Who We’re Looking For

An accomplished designer. We are seeking a business‑minded interior design leader who can eventually help lead the Corporate Workplace practice.

Preferred Qualifications Include

• 10+ years of professional interior design experience
• Significant experience with corporate workplace and commercial office interiors
• Leadership experience within an architecture or interior design firm
• Programming and space‑planning expertise
• Client relationship management capabilities
• Experience with business development, project pursuits, marketing or client acquisition a plus
• Proficiency with Revit
• Professional degree in Interior Design from a CIDA‑accredited program
• NCIDQ certification
• CID, LEED AP and/or WELL AP credentials are beneficial
