Job summary

AEC Resources in Eden Prairie is seeking an experienced architect or architectural project leader to act as an Owner’s Architectural Project Manager, guiding a portfolio of capital projects from planning through closeout. You will direct external architects and engineers, coordinate internal stakeholders, and ensure projects meet design, budget, schedule, and quality standards from the owner’s viewpoint.

Qualifications

• Architectural professional with 10–15+ years of project leadership on complex capital projects
• Experience directing external A/E consultants and coordinating across stakeholders
• Strong understanding of design, budget, schedule, quality, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from feasibility through design, permitting, construction, and closeout from the owner’s perspective
• Direct outside architecture/engineering consultants, set deliverables and schedules
• Review designs for quality, constructability, and cost while managing risks and keeping projects on track
• Communicate with senior leadership and external parties to ensure alignment and accountability
