Their holistic design philosophy results in environments that are not only visually compelling but also comfortable, functional, and finely detailed, each project reflecting a thoughtful, personalized vision.
They are currently seeking a Senior Interior Designer who can lead high-end residential projects from concept through completion, with a strong focus on project management, construction documentation, and FF&E. In this role, you will be responsible for developing spatial layouts and detailed construction drawings, selecting and specifying FF&E, and managing the day-to-day execution of projects. You’ll coordinate closely with architects, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timelines, budgets, and design intent are maintained, while also mentoring junior designers.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the production of comprehensive construction document sets, creating mood boards and presentations, managing FF&E procurement and installation, and ensuring seamless communication throughout all project phases.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects are essential. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors will also be a core aspect of the role.
