Ethan Allen Global, Inc. in Sandy, UT, seeks a Design Center Manager to lead the design team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client service.

You will coach designers, develop business plans with the team, manage projects and customer relationships, and ensure design excellence across the center. You will review monthly financials, participate in training, enforce company policies, and set monthly/quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with experience in residential interior design.
• Proven sales background in residential interior design.
• Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design center and drive sales goals.
• Coach design team associates to raise professionalism.
• Develop business plans with designers to increase market reach and revenue.
• Partner with associates to manage design projects, customer contacts and relationships.
• Review P&L statements monthly with leadership.
• Provide training sessions for the design center and participate in corporate training.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and compliance.
• Set monthly and quarterly goals with all designers.
