Job summary

This full-time role centers on relationship-based selling and reaching sales benchmarks. You will use 3-D Room Planner, CRM, and in-store digital tools to present concepts, greet customers, book appointments, and close sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of practical interior design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design is desirable.
• Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques.
• Strong communication and social media familiarity.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Create design solutions that are consistent with the customer's preference and budget.
• Sell Ethan Allen's products and services.
• Represent the Ethan Allen brand in all customer interactions and obtain appointments and in-home consultations.
• Utilize grassroots marketing and various social media platforms to grow the business.
• Educate customers on the complimentary design service and available finance options.
