Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience on commercial interior design projects with hands‑on design involvement.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Architectural (AIA) or Design (NCIDQ) certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a design team to generate client program requirements and initial test fits.
• Lead design team in basic code analysis, egress, plumbing counts, and occupancy.
• Attend site visits with brokers, owners, and end users for concepts.
• Develop fee proposals and manage projects by scope, profitability, and staffing.
• Support business development by tracking and pursuing pre‑lease and design services.
