Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Design Manager to lead design teams and manage projects from concept to construction. The role emphasizes mentoring, schedule adherence, and ensuring design quality across deliverables.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from a CIDA or NAAB accredited institution in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 4+ years of professional design experience.
• 4+ years of Revit experience in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in architectural drawings, concepts & design.
• Strong time management, communication, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to lead a team and delegate work to enable independent work.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to document client goals, space needs, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience collecting data through programming, surveys, focus groups, charrettes, and benchmarking.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a team of design professionals from sketch through construction.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, standards, and resources.
• Support Project Designers in quality review of deliverables.
• Communicate new processes and design standards across the team.
• Ensure preliminary space plans meet safety, code, and functional requirements.
• Oversee furniture, fixtures, equipment specs and layouts to meet client needs.
• Provide ongoing training on space planning, program management and FF&E.
• Develop client workplace standards and look for design improvements.
• Contribute interior environment knowledge on materials, finishes, lighting, acoustics, ergonomics.
• Work independently or with minor oversight on design phases and construction documents.
• Direct third-party relationships with architects, engineers, etc.
• Share FF&E vendor knowledge with the team.
