Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• NCIDQ certification or licensure preferred.
• Ability to lead across multiple projects with design vision.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the client and project team in establishing project goals and vision.
• Lead interior design across multiple projects with a strong conceptual strategy rooted in the client’s vision.
• Mentor design staff and coordinate production and discipline tasks across teams.
