Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• NCIDQ certification or licensure preferred.
• Ability to lead across multiple projects and disciplines.
• Strong experiential design storytelling and technical skills.
• Excellent presentation, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and mentor staff.
• Conceptualization and direction for finishes and palettes; standards adherence.
• Proficiency with design production oversight and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide interior design leadership across multiple projects and teams.
• Guide firm-wide standards, mentor teams, and set design direction.
• Develop strong conceptual strategies rooted in client vision.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, strategy, and branding teams.
• Lead client meetings and maintain relationships; contribute to BD.
• Oversee design production, scheduling, and code compliance.
• Manage budgets, feasibility, and sustainability goals.
• Lead and participate in marketing activities and interviews.
