CannonDesign in Dallas seeks an Interior Designer V to lead and mentor cross‑disciplinary teams on multiple interior projects, setting vision, strategy, and design direction while ensuring top quality and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with architecture, branding, and strategy teams, coordinate production, and guide standards, with emphasis on storytelling and sustainability. Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Current NCIDQ certification or applicable certification/licensure preferred.
• Ability to provide interior design leadership across multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to the client and project team in establishment of project goals and vision.
• Operate with high autonomy and strategic influence, guiding firm-wide standards, mentoring teams, and setting design direction independently.
• Provide interior design leadership across multiple projects, building a strong conceptual strategy rooted in the client’s vision.
• Lead the interior design approach across all project phases from pursuit to construction administration.
• Coordinate and delegate project design work and code compliance.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, strategy, and branding teams.
• Review drawings to ensure time, budget, and quality constraints are met.
• Mentor and guide junior interior design staff.
• Participate in business development opportunities and industry events.
