Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Project Designer in Austin to lead interior design efforts on complex projects. You will develop documents, drawings, and diagrams to meet client goals and contribute knowledge of space planning and finishes.

You will execute the full design process from initial sketch through construction, collaborating with teams and presenting mood boards and design concepts. Strong Revit skills and project management are required.

Qualifications

• Requires space planning experience and proficiency with Revit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field (or equivalent) is required.
• Excellent time management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design effort on complex projects.
• Support design deliverable quality reviews.
• Contribute knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, and FF&E.
• Execute full design process from sketch through construction.
• Work independently or with minimal supervision on design tasks.
• Produce mood, material, and design presentations.
• Participate in client and consultant meetings.
• Provide extensive knowledge of FF&E vendors and resources.
