Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years design experience in commercial real estate/CFG environments.
• Ability to lead interior design for complex projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design effort for complex projects.
• Support project designers in design deliverables quality review.
• Contribute knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, acoustics, wayfinding, and ergonomics.
• Execute full design process from sketch through construction.
• Work independently or with minimal oversight on design phases.
• Produce mood/material/design presentations.
• Participate in meetings with clients and consultants.
• Provide rapid knowledge of FF&E vendors and resources.
