Job summary

Choate Construction seeks a Project Manager to lead a project from contract execution to completion. You will manage owner contracts and multiple subcontracts, control costs, schedules, and changes, and communicate effectively with clients and teams.

You will collaborate with the field Superintendent to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, while overseeing procurement and labor management to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of commercial construction experience.
• At least 3 years in an Assistant Project Manager or similar role.
• Ability to plan, organize and administer owner contracts and all subcontracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project from contract execution through successful completion.
• Proactively manage costs, schedule, changes, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate with field Superintendents to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality work.
• Oversee procurement, approval, and delivery of labor, materials, equipment, and subs.
• Develop and communicate budgets, forecasts, and timely reporting to protect client and company interests.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
