Job summary

Choate Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager in Atlanta, GA to guide a project from contract execution through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. The role requires 6–10 years of commercial construction experience, including 3 years in an Assistant Project Manager or similar role.

You will manage owner and subcontract agreements, drive cost control and scheduling, and collaborate with Superintendents to deliver safe, high‑quality work.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of commercial construction experience.
• At least 3 years in an Assistant Project Manager or similar role.
• Experience managing owner and subcontractor contracts.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and administer owner contracts and subcontracts.
• Proactively manage costs, schedule, changes, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with the field Superintendent to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution.
• Lead preconstruction efforts and build strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
