Job summary

Altera Digital Health is seeking a Sr Technical Consultant to support data conversion and interface implementations in North Dakota, United States. You will demonstrate expertise with interface and data conversion development tools and negotiate specifications with customers and vendors.

Installations on customer servers and testing will be routine, with cross‑department collaboration to ensure solutions meet needs.

Qualifications

Experience with interface development and data conversion.
Ability to install software on customer servers and test environments.
Expert knowledge of Altera data schema.
Ability to negotiate interface specifications with customers/vendors.
Provide third‑level interface support and cross‑department collaboration.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate proficiency with interface or data conversion development and implementation tools.
Build and maintain new tool sets for data conversion/interface projects.
Install software and interface definitions on customers' servers.
Create test plan templates and validate with customers/vendors to ensure requirements are met.
Provide interface and related workflow solutions within team guidelines.
Provide technical assistance to other departments regarding interface development and installation.
Offer third‑level interface support to issues and escalations.
