Job summary

The MIL Corporation seeks an Interface Analyst (Business Analysis, Senior Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location. The Interface Analyst will work with the BSS interfaces team for the Global Financial Management System (GFMS).

This role currently requires an on-site schedule in Charleston, SC, with schedule subject to contract needs. 5+ years of experience with system interfaces and federal agencies is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with federal government interfaces.
• Ability to analyze data and identify issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming/outgoing interface files and messages; perform quality control and statistical analysis; communicate results to stakeholders.
• Analyze file rejects and loading failures for continuous improvements.
• Perform and support system testing, file transfers, data mining, and troubleshooting of interface errors.
• Provide customer support to government agency users regarding interface processes.
