Job summary

The MIL Corporation seeks an Interface Analyst (Business Analysis, Senior Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location. The Interface Analyst will work with the BSS interfaces team for GFMS.

This on-site role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with federal systems, and the ability to coordinate across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with system interfaces, ideally with federal agencies.
• Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions for users.
• Strong written and verbal communication to document and report findings.
• Interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of employees.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and adapt to pace.
• Flexibility for on-call, weekend work, or extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze interface files and messages, perform quality control, and report results.
• Review file rejects and loading failures for continuous improvement.
• Support testing, data transfers, and troubleshooting of interface errors.
• Provide customer support to government agency users on interface processes.
