Job summary

Antora Energy is seeking a Manager, Interconnection Projects & Grid Infrastructure Delivery to own interconnection engineering, SCADA, telemetry, and grid infrastructure delivery across multiple RTOs/ISOs. This hands-on role requires writing/validating SOWs, managing budgets, schedules, and consultants to deliver technically defensible results.

The ideal candidate combines program management discipline with engineering fluency to interrogate data points and interface control documents.

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing capital energy or electric infrastructure projects.
• Experience designing interconnection configurations, evaluating feasibility, selecting and procuring equipment, and coordinating interconnection/substation engineering with utilities and transmission owners.
• Ability to identify gaps in one-line diagrams, protection schemes, point lists, interface control documents, and architecture diagrams.
• Utility-scale generator experience with SCADA, telemetry, protection and control, or substation automation sufficient to scope work, evaluate bids, and challenge deliverables.
• Working knowledge of interconnection studies, GIA/LGIA obligations, and the scoping, costing, and construction of interconnection facilities and network upgrades.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interconnection engineering and infrastructure delivery from concept to issued-for-construction design and commissioning.
• Write and manage SOWs, RFPs, bids, contracts, budgets, change management, and closeout.
• Own integrated schedules, milestones, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, development, operations, and finance.
• Coordinate with utilities and transmission owners to align deliverables with project commitments and manage risks.
