Job summary

PotomacWave is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support a Federal client in Washington, DC. The role focuses on intelligence program management support and policy development across the organization.

You will work with senior leadership to ensure policy alignment, accessibility, and compliance, managing the policy library, coordinating reviews, and supporting data calls and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of admin support experience in U.S. Government intel or related fields.
• Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with word processing and desktop publishing using Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field from an accredited university.
• Polygraph examination may be required.
• Active DOE Q or Top-Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Policy development and coordination across organizational policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to support strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance the policy repository and lifecycle.
• Provide policy-related operational support including data calls and information requests.
