Job summary

B&A seeks a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to support a federal government contract in the Washington, DC area. You will work with a strong team to provide intelligence and administrative support across multiple disciplines, ensuring accurate documentation and responsive coordination for information requests.

The role requires a Master’s Degree with extensive related experience or a Bachelor’s with significant senior experience, and an active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with 12+ years of related experience, or Bachelor’s with 17+ years total experience.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, with recent work within last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in various intelligence disciplines and activities.
• Reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests for access, coordination, consolidation, or formatting; assisting with RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings; preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support program management.
• Creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security for guest access, building read-ahead books or materials for meetings, and providing cross-domain data transfer and dissemination support.
