This leadership role focuses on planning, integrating, and securing J2 IT capabilities to enable rapid data analysis and real-time re-tasking in a demanding government environment.

The position requires extensive experience and a clear path to security clearance, with a strong emphasis on architecture, COOP readiness, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in the labor category with at least the last 2 years in the most recent 2 years.
• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with additional 5 years of related senior experience as substitution.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with CI Poly or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning and managing J2 IT requirements to integrate and provide secure, survivable intelligence communications and computer systems for rapid, collaborative planning and real-time re-tasking.
• Ensures J2 COOP facilities are maintained in a ready-for-operations configuration.
• Assists in managing intelligence/other software applications including requirements, justifications, and installation.
• Conducts future intelligence IT system planning in coordination with J3 and J6.
• Documents intelligence requirements/architecture, captures customer needs, advocates capabilities, and maintains and improves architecture.

• 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Desired education:
• Master’s Degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education: or have a bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related Senior experience for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.
