Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Analytic Tradecraft Compliance Specialist to support a federal government client in Huntsville, AL. The role involves training and evaluating analytic tradecraft against ICD 203 standards, developing metrics, and presenting findings to government leadership.

The position requires TS/SCI with CI Poly or the ability to obtain one, and a strong background in intelligence tradecraft, planning, and curriculum development.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in the labor category with at least four years of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category or a Bachelor’s degree with an additional 5 years of related senior experience as a substitute to the Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and planning of training and exercises to drive Intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
• Evaluates intelligence products for the application of IC Analytic Tradecraft Standards and ICD 203 compliance.
• Develops metrics, presents findings, and offers recommendations to the Government for improvement.
• Develops and implements self-assessment measures to minimize subjective variations in data collected.
• Identifies strengths, weaknesses, trends, gaps, and notable features of analytic tradecraft in evaluated intelligence production.
• Coordinates development and refinement of space operational intelligence doctrine, tradecraft, training, and curricula, in coordination with IC and military intelligence organizations.
• Executes curricula and lesson plans to train space operational intelligence professionals.
• Prepares documents and briefings to support duties and highlight successes and shortfalls to J2 leadership.

Job Requirements Description:

• Assists in the development and planning of training and exercises to drive Intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
• Evaluates intelligence products for the application of IC Analytic Tradecraft Standards and compliance with the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 series.
• Develops metrics, present findings, and offers recommendations to the Government for improvement.
• Develops and implements self-assessment measures to minimize subjective variations in the data collected.
• Identifies significant strengths, weaknesses, trends, gaps, and any other notable features of analytic tradecraft in the intelligence production evaluated.
• Assists the Government in improving the rigor of its evaluation methods and enhancing the integrity of the product evaluation process.
• Coordinates the development and refinement of space operational intelligence doctrine, tradecraft, training, and curricula to support the development of the intelligence components of the Space Operations Force and USSPACECOM in coordination with the IC and relevant military intelligence organizations.
• Executes the curricula and lesson plans to train space operational intelligence professionals and others as required.
• Assesses exercises for lessons learned to identify gaps in tradecraft and training for USSPACECOM Intelligence Enterprise.
• Prepares documents, briefings, and other correspondence to support assigned duties and highlight successes and shortfalls to J2 senior leadership.

Desired Experience:

• 12 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least four years of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education:

• Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
