Job summary

BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to lead and execute high-level intelligence and mission-management support for DIA personnel. The role emphasizes managing taskers, executive correspondence, briefings, read-ahead materials, and access coordination with security personnel.

The candidate should have senior DoD/IC experience, an active TTS/SCI CI Poly clearance, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to coordinate with multiple government stakeholders

Qualifications

• Senior-level DoD/IC experience in intelligence management and mission support.
• Active TTS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
• Experience leading complex task-management and executive-correspondence workflows.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work with minimal oversight and communicate with senior Government stakeholders.
• Work may involve classified systems and information.
• Comply with DoD, DIA, Intelligence Community security, records-management requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a high-tempo operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full range of intelligence and administrative support for analysts, engineers, scientists, operational personnel, and senior leaders.
• Review and quality-control documents for accuracy, completeness, coordination, formatting, and DIA standards.
• Manage RFIs, task actions, reports, briefings, and taskers; resolve obstacles and meet suspense dates.
• Prepare and review executive correspondence per the DIA Correspondence Manual.
• Develop read-ahead books and senior-level meeting materials; coordinate guest access and security support.
• Oversee cross-domain data transfers and dissemination support.
• Manage tracking for awards, evaluations, property, logistics, IT requirements.
• Coordinate with DO HQ, FLS, CIO, security, and other providers; provide status reporting.
• Establish efficient tracking processes and mentor junior specialists.
