Job summary

Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) seeks a motivated intelligence analyst for the National Counterterrorism Center's Counterterrorism Executive (NCTC/CTX). You will produce in-depth analyses on terrorist threats, coordinate with IC partners, and present findings to senior policymakers to inform strategy and operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, research, develop, and write high-quality, complex analyses for IC consumers and policymakers at the highest levels.
• Ability to apply ODNI/IC knowledge to translate requirements and output responses to meet customer needs.
• Strong analytic tradecraft and the ability to communicate intelligence information to generalists and specialists.
• Experience leading analytic teams or projects and delivering finished intelligence products.
• Ability to use a broad range of methodological tools to research, analyze, and present data.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research, develop, and communicate in-depth analyses of complex national and global issues for senior policymakers and IC components.
• Produce a broad range of finished intelligence products to support US foreign policy and national security interests.
• Lead and guide methodological tool use to gain comprehensive understanding of analytic issues and craft intelligence products.
• Prepare and present written and oral briefings to senior customers, tailoring content to their needs.
• Develop strategies to address gaps in collection and analytic capabilities across the USG.
