Job summary

Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) is seeking a Senior Targeting Analyst (GS-14) for the National Counterterrorism Center's CTX. You will lead planning, analysis, and application of diverse methods to understand complex analytic issues and craft in-depth intelligence products.

You will apply network analysis and specialized tools to identify key figures posing threats to US interests, and work with CTX to leverage DOMEX data for timely, value-added reporting for IC and FLE

Qualifications

• Provide leadership and expert guidance to planning, analysis, and application of diverse analytical methods.
• Build and leverage collaborative networks within ODNI and across the IC.
• Develop strategies for gathering intelligence and relevant information to meet customer needs.
• Maintain productive relationships with colleagues, IC members, policy committees, and law enforcement agencies.
• Prepare and present briefings to senior internal and external customers on significant intelligence issues.
• Write high-quality, complex analyses focused on US foreign policy and national security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and application of targeting analysis and DOMEX-related data.
• Identify key figures and organizations threatening US interests using network analysis.
• Collaborate across CTX to deliver timely DOMEX-driven analytic reports.
• Integrate data from media exploitation with other INTs for actionable reporting.
• Develop programmatic documentation and coordinate with DOMEX and targeting units across IC/DoD/FLE.
