Qualifications

• Experience leading analysts or analytic teams and mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytic projects or manage teams of analysts to produce finished intelligence on key national security topics.
• Develop and deliver high-quality analyses, studies, and briefings for IC consumers and policymakers.
• Apply expert knowledge of IC organizations and ODNI requirements to meet customer needs.
• Promote development and use of analytical tools and approaches (modeling, link analysis, software).
