Job summary

The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) under ODNI seeks a senior targeting analyst to guide planning, analysis, and the application of diverse methods to understand complex issues and produce in-depth intelligence products for policymakers.

You will lead collaborative networks across the IC and ODNI, gather essential sources, and deliver high-impact briefings to senior internal and external customers. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with 10+ years in targeting roles preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in all-source or technical targeting.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; higher levels preferred.
• Proven success independently and in multidisciplinary teams as a Targeting Analyst/Officer/all-source Targeter.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and expert guidance to planning, analysis, and application of analytical tools to understand complex issues.
• Build and leverage collaborative networks within ODNI and across the IC.
• Prepare and present written and oral briefings to senior customers on significant intelligence issues.
• Write high-quality, complex analyses focused on US foreign policy and national security objectives for IC consumers.
• Translate customer requirements into outputs using ODNI knowledge and IC procedures.
