Job summary

Arlo Solutions LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Countering Adversary Defense Industry Staff Officer II to analyze data and coordinate with DoW and IC partners to counter adversary defense industry threats. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 3+ years in intelligence analysis, and strong analytical and communication skills.

You will develop briefings, manage interagency meetings, and support governance and policy processes in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience producing reports and briefings in the DoW or the IC.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-stakes environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze relevant data to identify strategic opportunities in support of the division mission.
• Identify information gaps and executable actions based on DoW, IC, and LE authorities.
• Identify trends and opportunities for collaboration across campaigns within the division.
• Develop and coordinate projects within DoW and across USG to enable multi-INT operations, sensitive operations, and opportunities for collection, analysis, and re-integration of intelligence.
• Draft concise briefings, visuals, talking points, and read-ahead memos for IC partners and DoW senior leadership.
• Coordinate and execute virtual and in-person meetings and represent the division’s mission in interagency groups.
• Support governance, task monitoring, and policy development for senior leadership.
• Develop and mature participation and interagency coordination through broad communities of interest and topic-specific working groups.
• Consolidate and analyze data across interagency groups to support assessments and decision-making.
• Formalize division business processes and implement new processes to refine operations.
