Job summary

Arlo Solutions seeks a Counterintelligence Analyst to support the NOAA Research Security Program. The role requires analyzing foreign influence risks, developing due diligence processes, and contributing to export control policy and risk assessments.

Candidate will operate in a hybrid environment in Silver Spring, MD, with a TS/SCI clearance expectation. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in counterintelligence, knowledge of NSPM-33, ITAR/EAR, and experience with intelligence analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of counterintelligence experience, preferably in a government or research environment.
• In-depth knowledge of NSPM-33 requirements and research security frameworks.
• Experience with export control regulations (ITAR, EAR) and technology control procedures.
• Proficiency with classified and unclassified intelligence analysis tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct threat assessment and analysis of foreign influence risks in NOAA research programs.
• Analyze intelligence reports and open-source information to identify threats to NOAA-sponsored research.
• Perform due diligence research on foreign entities seeking collaboration with NOAA programs.
• Support development of NOAA Critical Assets List and technology control policy assessments.
• Draft standard operating procedures for counterintelligence-focused due diligence in research collaborations.
• Provide counterintelligence briefings and support incident response planning.
