Job summary

Plains is seeking an Integrity Engineer to lead and improve the Integrity Management Program for pipelines and facilities. You will independently perform advanced integrity analyses, including ILI assessment, P&M evaluations, hydrotest validation, and MAOP review, acting as the primary interface with regulators.

You will collaborate with Operations, Corrosion, ILI vendors and project teams across the United States, traveling up to 10%, while ensuring compliance with DOT/PHMSA standards and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with ILI data and threat assessment.
• Interpretation of DOT/PHMSA regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Review ILI data and prepare reports.
• Determine evaluation pressures and validate ILI performance.
• Lead P&M evaluations and risk analyses.
• Perform hydrotest and MAOP reviews.
• Support EFRD analyses and project design.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and regulators.
