Job summary

Vanilla Technologies Inc. (dba "Vanilla") is seeking a senior product manager to own integrations across partner APIs and data flows. You will craft precise specs and align product and engineering with external teams to make customer workflows seamless.

In this remote role, you’ll influence the roadmap, design scalable integration patterns, and ensure reliable data sync. You’ll partner with stakeholders to deliver impact across fintech and wealth-management use cases.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, with 3 years owning integrations or partner-facing products.
• Proven track record shipping non-trivial third-party integrations.
• Strong technical depth: read API docs, test endpoints, and discuss design with engineers.
• Excellent written specs that engineers reference.
• Experience negotiating technical approaches with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Define integrations roadmap, sequencing, and depth with partner teams.
• Own requirements and specs for every integration shipped.
• Maintain customer-centric definitions of done for integrations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to guide joint work with partners.
• Define success metrics for activation, reliability, and time-to-connect.
