Job summary

Cribl is hiring a Senior Integrations Engineer for a fully remote role. You will build data integration components between Cribl and third-party systems, using NodeJS, TypeScript and sometimes C++. You’ll work across teams to deliver robust software and automated tests while supporting on-call rotations.

You’ll leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern authentication standards to ensure secure data flows. Cribl emphasizes a remote-first culture and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating with third party apps, libraries and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OS and distributed systems.
• Experience with REST APIs and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with authentication standards like OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP and SAML.
• Willingness to research before coding and handle uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Develop features that integrate Cribl's data stream engine with external systems (Splunk, Elastic/Search, Kafka, cloud storages).
• Build, test and maintain robust code using NodeJS/TypeScript (and sometimes C++).
• Create and execute robust test plans and automated/integration tests.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, UX, and business teams to implement specs.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and contribute to documentation/blogs.
